Tax-Deductible Donations to Darebin City Brass

Darebin City Brass is a community-based group of approximately 100 musicians who strive to produce quality music and serve the people of Darebin in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.  The three bands of Darebin City Brass (Preston Band, Northern Brass, and the Youth Training Band) cater for all ability levels, from beginner, to developing player, to the upper echelon of banding in Australia.  Preston Band are a 10-time Victorian State A-Grade Champion Brass Brand within the last 11 years.

Serving the needs of this many musicians is a costly affair.  The City of Darebin has provided the band with great support over many years, and their continuing contributions ensure that we are able to meet most of the day-to-day expenses of the band.

By making a tax-deductible donation to Darebin City Brass, you are supporting the band to ensure the future success of the organisation, allowing us to buy new instruments, music and other identified items, which will benefit the whole organisation well into the future.

All donations over $2 are fully tax-deductible, with a receipt issued for your tax return records upon request.
